An unscripted, low-pressure approach to documenting your boldest legacies in Rhode Island

Art you can feel

I don't believe in "posing" you. I believe in witnessing you. Investing in K.Me Photography means choosing an artist who values your actual story over a curated performance.

Low pressure. High drama.

Trading the "look at me and smile" stress for a real experience.

Most people show up to a session or a wedding day worried about how they’re going to look. My job is to make sure you’re too busy living it to notice me. As an observer, I stay in the flow, hunting for the light and the shadows that tell the real story.

I’ll guide you enough to keep you comfortable, but I’ll never force you into a mold. Whether we’re dodging waves on a Rhode Island beach or I’m a fly-on-the-wall at your 10-person wedding dinner, I promise an experience that is calm, quirky, and unapologetically real.

From coffee to gallery

01

The Vibe Check

We chat (and drink coffee). We make sure our drums beat to the same rhythm and your vision is clear.

02

The Session

I observe, I find the light, and you just exist. I’ll chase the toddlers or the sunset while you stay in the moment.

03

The Artistic Edit

I hand-edit every single frame to enhance the mood and the color. No generic filters—just bold, cinematic art.

04

The Legacy

You receive a digital gallery of images that don’t just look like a memory—they feel like one.

You’ve got questions. I’ve got cold foam.

Everything you need to know before we hit the ground running.

What if my kids (or my partner) won’t sit still?

Good! I’m a mom of four—I live for the chaos. My style is built on observation, not perfection. If your toddler is running circles or your partner is camera-shy, just let them be. I’m hunting for the real moments, and usually, those happen when you stop trying to "behave" for the camera.

What should we wear?

Think bold, not boring. I always suggest earthy tones, textures, and fabrics that move with the wind (especially for those Rhode Island beach sessions). Once you book, I’ll send over a guide to help you coordinate without looking like a "matching" department store ad. We want you to look like you, just a little more cinematic.

What if it rains on our session date?

We lean into it. Moody clouds and a little mist actually make for incredible, dramatic art. However, if it’s a total washout, we’ll pivot. I’m a "go with the flow" person, so we’ll keep an eye on the sky and find a window that works. For elopements, we embrace whatever mother nature throws at us—it’s all part of the adventure.

How long until we see our photos?

I’m a believer that good art takes a minute, but I won't keep you waiting forever. You’ll get a few "sneak peeks" within 48 hours to feed your soul (and your feed). Your full, hand-edited gallery is typically delivered within 4–6 weeks for weddings and 2–3 weeks for lifestyle and fire sessions.

Do you travel outside of Rhode Island?

The Ocean State is my home base and my favorite playground, but I’m always down for a road trip. If you’re planning an intimate elopement or a moody session in a hidden corner of New England (or beyond), let’s chat. I’ll pack the coffee; you bring the story.

Do you offer "Bright and Airy" editing?

In a word: No. My work is intentionally bold, colorful, and moody. I love deep shadows and rich tones because I think they hold more emotion. If you’re looking for high-key, pastel, or "light" photos, I’m probably not the artist for you—and that’s okay! I want you to have photos you truly love, even if they aren't from me.

Ready to make it official?

I only take a limited number of adventurous souls each year to ensure every gallery gets my full artistic heart. Let’s see if we’re a match.
